I love wine. I love the way it looks in the bottle. I love how it beautifully decorates a glass. I love noticing its unique colors. I love swirling a glass and challenging my nose to identify aromas. I love sipping, swishing and picking out the flavors and characteristics wine leaves on my palate. I love how it enhances the flavors of food and vice versa. I love how it prompts discussions. I love how, in a time that we seem so divided, wine can bring us together.
Wine should never be intimidating. Wine is not about your friend’s preference. Wine should be about what you like. Your experience with wine is unique to you. So, please, don’t feel pressured to drink what your friends who claim to be “wine experts” enjoy drinking. You may often wonder how your best friend is married to her husband…he’s a jerk (in your opinion). She may like merlot and you love pinot. Your preference in wine is just like your preference in companions. Don’t let anyone choose for you!
I love sharing the world of wine with people. I represent a global wine company with some of the most interesting and elegant wines I have ever had the honor of tasting.
